Our Cost Reduction Review will Audit your Operation to streamline your Costs and improve your Profitability.

Our Review is as follows:

  1. Administration – investigate Operational Systems; a breakdown of Staff numbers will be reviewed.
  2. Operations – assessment of Procedures; Staffing Numbers; Downtime; Shift Requirements; and Equipment Utilisation.
  3. Customer Service – evaluate the Total System to include Technology and Communication Systems. We will also look at the potential to centralise the system if required.
  4. Management Review – evaluate Roles; Responsibilities; Capabilities.

 

If our Savings plan does not achieve the cost savings equivalent to the value of 5 times our fee… we will not charge except for Travelling and Accommodation.

We will Review your Logistics Operation to Streamline your Costs and Improve your Service.

Our Review is as follows:

  1. Inwards – explore the Methodology and Costs from Production / Supplier to your Warehouse.
  2. Warehouse – assess total Warehouse Operations inclusive of Handling; check Staff Numbers; Shift Requirements; audit the Speed of Service.
  3. Transport 3rd Party – all Logistics Providers will be reviewed to minimise their downtime and maximise their savings and improve your service.
  4. Transport In-House – will be reviewed to maximise service and minimise costs.
  5. Administration – Operational Systems and Staff numbers will be analysed.
